Short-Term Disability (STD)

  • STD coverage fully paid by CAE
  • Eligible after 6 months of service
  • Benefits between 66⅔% and 90% of your basic weekly pay
    based on your years of service and as specified in your collective agreement.
  • Maximum of 26 weeks of indemnity
    • After 26 weeks, long-term disability benefits will be paid
