The CAE Benefits website is a single sign on portal that provides convenient access to all your benefits programs in one place.
Access your virtual healthcare provider, employee assistance program (EAP), pension plan or submit a claim, and much more – all in one place.
If this is your first visit to the CAE Benefits website please select the option “First Time User” at the login page.
Online Enhanced Enrollment Experience for the Group Insurance Program
Login to the CAE Benefits website, and click on Group Insurance Program to select your benefits coverage for the current year.
You would still need to go through the process of annual re-enrollment to select your benefits coverage for the upcoming year.

If things change: If you experience a “life event” and need to update your coverage before the next scheduled re-enrollment period, you can do this within 31 days of the life event. Access the CAE Benefits website and click on “Group Insurance Program” to update your benefits coverage.
