Employee Assistance Program: Press 1
Group Insurance: Administrator (SEB)

Press 2 for Group Insurance then 1 to speak to the administrator.
Examples:

  • Question with your access to the benefits website;
  • Question with a Life Event;
  • Question with tools or forms on the platform.
 Insurer (Sun Life)

Press 2 for Group Insurance then 2 to speak to Insurer(Sun Life).
Examples:

  • Inquiries regarding all types of claims.
